COMIC BOOK HEAVEN SHORT DOC

     Comic Book Heaven is a short documentary about and old man, Joe Leisner, living in Sunnyside, Queens. He owns a comic store called Comic Book Heaven and is preparing to close the shop after having been in business for over 60 years. In my opinion the film is centered around the subject that the comic book business as a whole has died off after having been so popular and example of that is Joe's comic book store which he describes as having been booming with customers, in fact, so many that his wife had to stand at the door limiting the amount of people who could get in. All in all, it depicts a man going out of business as well as an era.
